About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to join our team in Kabul. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, promote services, and increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Content Creation and Management:
  • Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and advertisements.
  • Manage and update content across digital platforms such as the company website and social media channels.
• Customer Engagement:
  • Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Organize promotional events and campaigns to attract and retain clients.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts using analytics tools.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from 12th high school but Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field are more accepted.
• Anyone Male/Female (Gender) are acceptable. 
• Can work in Kabul city and market to find costumer for the company.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in Afghanistan.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and tools.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local languages (Dari and Pashto) is an advantage.
